Fortem Technologies DroneHunter F700 and SkyDome System Now Available to Ship to Multiple International Countries
Fortem receives new export classification, speeding global delivery and implementation of its SkyDome System
Pleasant Grove, UT - January 19, 2020 - Fortem Technologies, the leader in airspace security and defense for detecting and defeating dangerous drones, has been granted the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) classification for its SkyDome® System, which includes the new DroneHunter® F700. This enables Fortem to ship its full suite of products to 39 countries around the world without an export license required.
“As the Pentagon gears up to deploy a new strategy to counter increasingly complex threats caused by small drones, we’re pleased to see a growing recognition for our technology increase on a global scale,” said Timothy Bean, CEO of Fortem Technologies. “The EAR classification will enable us to readily ship our leading drone security and defense products to the governments, cities, and regions that need it most.”
Powered by the Fortem SkyDome System and TrueView® radar, DroneHunter is the category leader for kinetic, non-lethal counter unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS) in defending against low flying drones and in protecting cities, critical infrastructure, military bases, borders, and coastal areas from drones that attempt to pass undetected by traditional ground-to-air defenses.
